Booking
If we haven’t met yet, I ask that you contact me to book a free 15 minute consultation.
For ongoing sessions, you can follow the booking link. Please remember that I offer online, and in-person sessions, and you will need to choose the appropriate category when booking.
If you are unable to book online, please feel free to send me an email, and I will help get you booked in.

Cancellations
Like many other practitioners, my clinic is how I make a living, and care for my family. I respect your time, and ask that mine be respected in return.
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This allows me time to contact another client in the event that you can’t make it. Any sessions cancelled in less than 48 hours will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

No Shows
I offer a 10 minute window for any clients who may be running late. After that time has passed, I will consider it a no-show.
No show appointments will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
*If you do show up within the 10 minute window, please note that your session will only be for the remaining time that you have left in that session, and you will be charged the full amount.

Payments
When filling out your profile information in the online booking site, I ask that you add a card to your file. Sessions will be billed at the end of every appointment, and a receipt will be sent to you immediately to allow you to claim for that session. Sessions must be paid in full prior to your next appointment. If I have not received payment by the end of that billing week, I will cancel the next booked appointment and offer it to the next available client.
If you do not have a credit card, please let me know and we can arrange for e-transfer. Receipts will NOT be sent until I have received payment.
*Note that Jane App DOES accept Visa Debit as a valid card on your profile.

Emergency Visits
In the event that you are needing to speak with me urgently outside of regular working hours, I will bill the regular amount of the session that was booked, with an additional $20 fee.
This also includes text messages sent after hours requesting “quick support”. Please keep in mind I do not provide therapy via text.
If it is a matter of life or death, I ask that you contact 911, the Mental Health Support Line: 310-6789 (no area code needed), or 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433. Additionally, you can text or call 988 for immediate mental health support.

Letters & Forms
If you are requiring a letter or forms to be filled out on your behalf, please know I consider this to be a session, and will bill based on the time it takes to complete.
*I no longer offer completion of referral forms being sent to treatment facilities, but will provide information and signatures necessary within the referral package.
If you are looking to get into a treatment facility, and do not have a physician or case worker assigned to you, I am happy to help support you in finding the appropriate team to you get you in the right facility.
