*Accepting new clients beginning January 13th, 2025. Please follow the booking link to schedule a consultation. I will only be taking a limited number of new clients. Consultations must be booked prior to a full session.
Please note: Online booking is available. If you are a new client, a 15 minute consultation is required before booking a session. These consultations are free of charge, and lend as an opportunity to ensure we would be a good fit working together.
When booking a session, please be sure to choose the appropriate appointment type. Example, if you are booking an in-person session with me, please choose “Individual Counselling In-Person”.
Sessions can be claimed through insurance providers; however, I do not provide direct billing. Please review the “Insurance Information” page for more information.
Counselling
A space for you to process your past and present, no topic is too big or too small; and all sessions are individually tailored to you. This is a space intentionally filled with safety, open-mindedness, curiosity, empathy, and non-judgment. Drawing from a wide variety of modalities, with the opportunity to process trauma and start working toward integrating every aspect of who you are; because no part is unworthy.

Coaching
Sometimes in life, we have a specific vision or goal, but we just don’t know how to approach it. We want to focus on the here and now, and a forward trajectory. Coaching sessions are designed to help catapult you forward toward your visions and goals. We focus on strategic problem solving, setting attainable goals, finding a process that is tailor-made for you, and creating sustainability to avoid falling back into old habits.

If you are going through a journey with grief, and are needing additional support, please contact Sunshine Coast Hospice Society at:
